Belief in a true self - fake it until make it

There is a true self in all of us forever unchanging and undying. All saints, gurus, and masters who ever have graced the earth have repeatedly said as much. To become enlightened is to realize this fact. But it is crucial to believe this fact even before you realize it. Such faith reassures us. It
