Tower Palace, first landmark for Seoul’s thriving real estate

The Tower Palace is no more the tallest building, nor the most expensive apartment in Korea, but it is still regarded as the number one symbol of luxury residential complex. Comprised of seven towers ranging from 42 to 72 floors, the Tower Palace (or the Samsung Tower Palace as some residents like to call it) was built in Gangnam’s Dogokdong in the early 2000’s, when the real estate market enjoyed an unprecedented boom. Some architects criticize the exterior design of the buildings, but many people look at the towers with admiration and desire.
