Korean fancy pricey bingsu

by KnowingKorea

A popular ice dessert in Korea, bingsu was originally a simple food consisting of shaved ice topped with sweetened red beans and peanut-size rice cakes, sold at snack bars or even on the streets. Then the toppings began to include fruits, nuts, chocolates, jellies, candies, cookies, macarons, ice cream and tiramisu cakes, and finally became a fancy dessert served in coffee shops and bakery cafes.
