How to be free from suffering
Everyone suffers many troubles in life, but the true torment is suffered only for a moment. Most of the suffering is created by ourselves. We worry about the things that are yet to come and brood over

You are in a state of tension. Your mind is comfortable and happy when your breaths are even and comfortable. If you want to search your mind, watch your breathing.
Within all of us is a true self that is the heaven itself. Buddhists call it ‘Buddha’ and Christians ‘Jesus Christ’. It is also called ‘a true being’ in Yoga and ‘a true human’ or ‘Heaven Being’ in Zen. Essentially, these all mean the same thing - that not only in human beings, but in all beings, there is a 'true self'. Man and all beings around her are not two. Meditation, practice, and mind study are all ways to realize this, but such enlightenment is not an end in itself, as we need to continue on living as such. The ultimate goal of meditation is your life itself. Enlightenment is just means for all of us to live as a true self.
