In a handful of Seoul apartment complexes, residents enjoy hotel-style breakfast every day

A new housing market is appearing within Korea consisting of apartment complexes that provide hotel-style breakfast services, as the hectic lifestyle of many in modern society gives many people little time to prepare their own.

A number of apartment complexes who found their property prices falling started introducing daily breakfast and brunch to residents for as little as 4,000 won (~$3.70) a day. Almost immediately, their property prices surged back upwards as resident satisfaction
levels also increased, and the service provides the complexes an air of luxury.
